Haven't had ANY time to doodle lately.

I've been using all of my free time to work on a project that I can't show to y'all until labor day- but when labor day comes it should be pretty exciting!

My Cintiq has stopped recognizing it's stylus, or the stylus is messed up or something, but either way I'm left dead in the water. That is why there have been no posts.

Prof. Greg vs. Nick Wayzar PART TWO.

From the photos, Nick has a much longer face. Also, he pointed out to me that his nose is a little crooked. I apologize in advance if he did not want me writing that all over the internet.

Also, I found his myspace page, which had a ton of photos. If I had known about that I would not have had to back him into a grimy corner of the Middle East in front of some questionable bathrooms to take grainy pictures.

Working out the differences between Professor Greg Arius and Deck Chief Nick Wayzar. part 1

This past Friday I was able to spend a TEENSY bit of time with the Phenomenauts and their new members. I was able to get some snapshots of AR-7 and Deck Chief Nick so that I could start sketching them out. Although, the most important thing at the moment is making sure that Professor Greg and Nick Wayzar look different. I'm told that they're often mistaken for each other in real life!

Since I'm working on their characters, I figured I should update EVERYBODY! I mean, I don't have to draw these guys as often now "Overheat" has gone from animation to comics so they can start looking a little fancier. Stay tuned for Commander Angel Nova and Major Jimmy Boom!

Re-doing Page one.

Sorry, but I hate the way page one looks. The lines got thicker as they went further back in space, the colors were everywhere, the lines were wonky...

I was just trying to get it done quickly.

Phew.

I really had to pause for a minute and just doodle for the sake of doodling. This was fun. I've had a hard time getting my other work done tonight. My brain had run out of designs. Hopefully this helped get things going again.

Boo Shirt.Woot

Today's Shirt.Woot is almost exactly the same as a page of the L'il Cthulhu Day Calendar. The only real difference is that mine said "Kiss Me, I'm Eldritch". I don't know whether to be annoyed or flattered.

I've been working on drawings of rats for a DIFFERENT secret project from the other one I've been working on.

I think this is the best one so far. It's got the potential to be cute, but still has the face of a mangier rat.

I have pretty much been working nonstop. I have to remind myself to do some sort of doodle for the blog.

I also have THIS to share. It's pretty strange.

So I haven't even been able to work on those other things, but I think I'm getting better.

There's no explaining any of this.

Apparently the beer vending machines are becoming a problem since there's no age restriction on them. They sometimes ask for ids but it's easy to fake them for a machine. I went to Japan with a school group and a guy in our group bought beer by accident because it had a big apple on the front of it. He didn't complain though.
