It's clearly a dragon, it's sitting on a cloud but has no wings, it has a moustache and deer antlers. So, Chinese (dragon)? I suppose I could have been less confusing, but at least I didn't ask "Lung?"
Oh, the dragon is just a dragon. It is probably of a mixed heritage. Dragon hopes one day that people won't look at him and see the color of his scales or the shape of his horns but the brightness of his spirit.
